Frequently asked questions
General
We take on projects across Delhi NCR as our core region, plus select cities nationwide including Bengaluru, Pune, Jaipur and Udaipur. For work outside NCR we assign a dedicated on-site supervision team rather than managing remotely.
Yes. The first consultation and the site assessment that follows it are free with no obligation. You get our honest read on feasibility, a rough budget band, and our suggested approach whether or not you engage us.
We have no formal minimum. We regularly take on single-room interior work. What matters more than size is whether the scope is something we can do well.
Often, yes. We are frequently brought in for construction management on someone else's design, or for interiors on a shell someone else built. We will tell you upfront if we think a split arrangement will cause problems.
Design & Planning
Concept to approved drawings typically runs six to ten weeks for a residential project and ten to sixteen for commercial. That includes two rounds of revision as standard.
Two full rounds are included in the design fee. Beyond that we charge hourly, but in practice most clients settle within the included rounds because we spend the first meeting on questions rather than sketches.
Yes. We prepare and file all municipal submissions, liaise with the sanctioning authority, and manage revisions until approval. Statutory fees are billed to you at cost with receipts.
Yes. Photo-realistic renders of key spaces are included in the design package, along with walkthrough video for larger projects. You approve the visuals before we break ground.
Construction & Timeline
A residential interior fit-out usually runs eight to fourteen weeks. A ground-up residential build ranges from nine to eighteen months, and commercial from twelve to twenty-four, depending on scale and approvals.
You get a written weekly progress report with photographs, plus direct access to your project manager. For out-of-town clients we add a fortnightly video walkthrough.
Our contract carries a delay clause with defined penalties for delays within our control. Weather, statutory delays and client-side scope changes are excluded, and we flag any slippage as soon as we see it coming rather than at handover.
Pricing & Payment
Costing is itemised — material, labour, design fees and contingency are listed separately rather than bundled into a single rate. You approve every line before work begins.
Payments are milestone-linked, not date-linked. Typically fifteen percent on signing, then staged releases tied to completion of structure, finishes and handover. You pay for work that has actually been done.
Yes. Twelve months on workmanship covering leaks, cracks, joinery and finishes, plus whatever manufacturer warranty applies to fittings and equipment. Structural warranty runs longer and is specified in your contract.
